General Membership Meeting
The club by-laws require that Active and Associate members sign the register book 12 "SCHEDULED" Club functions a year. Attending a membership meeting gets you credit for 1/2 of a work hour. Scheduled functions are dinners, varmint league, archery shoots, membership meetings, open trap, military rifle league, work parties, campout weekend, etc (any function listed on the club calendar). Many members do not sign the book. There is no penalty for not signing the book but signing in helps to show who is really interested in participating in the club events. “Please sign the book when going down to the rifle or pistol range if the clubhouse is open”.

Any Club Use events must be approved by the Directors at least “60 days” in advance of the event to avoid scheduling conflicts with regularly scheduled club events.

When hosting an event and using the kitchen, be sure to Contact Mark Weyher @ 734-587-2080 and let him know your needs so that he can make sure you have the necessary kitchen supplies. Members hosting events are responsible for their own kitchen food preparation and cleanup.

There were 48 people present at the January Membership meeting. 11 of those present were Directors and Officers. This means that 45% of the club membership is making all of the club decisions. More member participation is needed!
